Only one day after my posting privileges were reinstated, they have
revoked my posting privileges again, this time for posting information
from the Affidavit of USCF President William Goichberg filed in United
States District Court.

The notice states:

That information about the mailing address and email address of Bill
Goichberg is supposed to be published in Chess Life magazine. It is
also included in an affidavit filed by Bill Goichberg in federal
court. It is in document number 16 on the publicly available PACER
file in federal court at:

No it's not. Just because a piece of information is posted publicly in
one forum does not five tacit or implicit permission to be in any other
forum, especially moderated forums with clear rules.

Hardly absurd nor ridiculous.
