You are changing your story, violating your own rules, and violating
the rules to which you are required to adhere. You should resign as
moderator or else be removed.

When you pull a posting you are required to notify the poster and
include a copy of the posting that was pulled. You did not do that.
Had you followed that rule, you would not be able to do what you are
doing now, saying that my posting was pulled because I revealed the
name of the Hotel in Los Angeles California where Bill Goichberg is
stating rather than the home address he claimed to have in Salisbury
Mills NY.

The person who first posted the name of the Hotel where Bill Goichberg
is staying in California was Curtis, not me. Did you sanction him? If
not, why not?

Also, when you pulled four of my postings in November and then had me
put in the moderator queue for two months, you never informed me which
postings were pulled much less provided the text or gave a reason.
Just recently you claimed that I had removed your notices from my PM
inbox. That is not true. I have never deleted an incoming or an
outgoing PM from my inbox or my outbox.

That is the reason you now say that my posting entitled "Federal Rules
of Civil Procedure" was "bullying and aggressive" when in reality it
did nothing more than provide the text of a rule in response to a
question that had been raised about it.

If it were really true that you are sanctioning me just because I
provided the name of the Hotel where Bill Goichberg is staying, then
why did you pull the entire thread that had about 20 previous postings
by various people? On the other hand, my original posting which was of
the home address Bill Goichberg provided in an affidavit submitted to
the federal court was posted while I was in the moderator queue and
was approved by the moderators at that time. That is why it appeared.
So now you are reversing your own action since you were a moderator at
the time.
I must point out that although I lost the election to the board I am
still a delegate and I question that you or anybody has the legal
authority to remove a posting of an elected delegate.

In addition, the rule you cite says that one is not supposed to post
the telephone number or the email address of a person. I did neither.
I did not post the telephone number or the email address of Bill
Goichberg. Never mind the fact that the telephone number and the email
address of Bill Goichberg is in every issue of Chess Life. There is no
rule that says that I am not allowed to say the name of the hotel
where a person in staying.

In short, not only are you are biased but you are a LIAR. There is no
doubt about this because you have done this and lied repeatedly over a
period of months. I have no hesitation about telling anybody who asks
that TIM SAWMILLER IS A LIAR.
