The USCF doesn't agree, and since you have no standing whatsoever
("disgraced ex-Board member" doesn't count), you're just baying at the
moon. As usual.

Now that we have you, kindly explain the following checks.

Why did Frank Niro pay you $1500 on August 1, 2003, check number 60168

Why did Frank Niro pay Randy Hough $2000 on August 1, 2003 check
number 60161

And especially why did Frank Niro pay himself 2618.85 on August 1,
2003, check number 60170. That was the last check on this sequence
numbers of checks.

What exactly was the relationship between Frank Niro and John Hillery?

Excellent! Suddenly I am motivated to pay attention to the
substance of your posts, now that you aren't harassing
the computer chess newsgroups.

I see no reason not to turn it over to a USCF lawyer, broken or not.

It's gone...thrown in a dumpster when I bought my new laptop in June
2005. I had no idea it would ever be of any interest to anybody. But I
do have back-ups of the data that was on there, as any competent
computer user would. Those, and everything else I have in my files, is
available to the USCF. They know that and have been in contact with
me. I am not anyone's adversary unless they choose to make believe
that I am.

Best wishes,
Frank

If that is true, then kindly explain why on December 31, 2006 (New
Year's Eve) you thanked Susan Polgar and Paul Truong for bringing you
the laptop which, you wrote, you needed to complete your memoirs. Why
would you throw in the trash dumpster a device so valuable that Paul
Truong and Susan Polgar had committed a crime, grand theft, to obtain
it for you?

Let's try this once again to make sure that you understand.

Frank Niro has an attorney. His name as Jeremy Brown.

Mr. Brown has informed the court that he represents Frank Niro but
that he has been unable to locate Mr. Niro.

Mr. Brown is a highly respected attorney and the courts will believe
him.

You are fooling yourself if you think that you can get out of this
case just by hiding and evading service of process.

Sam Sloan

Ok, Sam, I will initiate contact with Mr. Brown.

However, I don't know what I have to do with the board election. I
didn't vote in the election. I didn't campaign in the election. And I
didn't support anyone in any USCF election. I have never posted under
an assumed name.

I have not harmed you in any way. Yet you continue to assault my
reputation as though I was some common criminal. None of your
allegations have any basis in fact. Doesn't that concern you? Look in
the mirror, will you?

Take care,
Frank

We will know when and if Frank Niro contacts his assigned lawyer
Jeremy Brown because Mr. Brown will probably have to file in federal
court that he had contacted Mr. Niro, since he had previously filed a
pleading in federal court that he has been unable to locate Frank
Niro.

Jeremy Brown was hired by the insurance company, Chubb, to defend
Frank Niro in the lawsuit because the USCF has Directors and Officers
insurance with Chubb and Frank Niro, as the former Executive Director,
is covered by the insurance policy.

There are two answers to the aboove question, bsed on whether
you have, at last, read and understood the many posts that
have explained to you the difference between Google Groups and
Usenet.

Answer One (Google Groups):
You can remove anything that you post as long as you used an
email address that you can read and respond to. You can
remove forgeries as long as they use an email address that
you can read and respond to. See:http://groups.google.com/support/bin...493&topic=9253

Answer Two (Usenet):
I have the answer (it is a qualified yes with specific restrictions)
but I am not going to tell you how to do it or in what situations
you can. Why? Because you keep abusing rec.games.chess.computer,
thus driving away potential allies, you fscking dimwit!
Go somewhere else for your free technical help.

Let me re-phrase the question:

Do you have the capability of deleting MY postings to
rec.games.chess.computer ?

You could have thanked me by not posting to
rec.games.chess.computer. But you did, and so I onvce again have no
interest in whether you have a case or are blowing smoke. Clearly,
you put being an asshole at a higher priority than having someone
unbiased examine and possibly verifying yur claims.

Look, Guy, Sloan has, for a long time, sent all of his posts to any
group that he feels might be even tenuously relevant. Many people
have asked him, on many occasions, not to do this and it makes not one
iota of difference. Every time you follow up to one of Sloan's posts,
asking him to post to appropriate newsgroups, you are just increasing
the magnitude of the problem.

I realise that you're well-intentioned but you're on the verge of
being an asshole, too. Just drop it, already.

Let me re-phrase the answer:

When you stop abusing rec.games.chess.computer, I will
consider answering your technical questions, not before.

Until you stop (I mean really stop, not just for a couple
of posts), I suggest you find someone else to give you
free technical assistance.

(I will say that I have never cancled your posts or the
posts of anyone else here. That would be unethical.)

Sam, I'm not going to sue you. But I will use all my energy to set
the
record straight.

I will also respond to any questions under oath at any time. As a
matter
of fact, I would be glad to have a candid one-on-one conversation
with
you.

There's another side of the story about my life. You have perused my
web site and my blogs, obviously. Why haven't you mentioned this, for
example?
http://twchesssafari.blogspot.com/20...ack-to-nc.html

Does that sound like a crook?

How about this one?
http://chesssafari.blogspot.com/2006_08_01_archive.html

Or this?
http://chesssafari.blogspot.com/2005_09_01_archive.html

Why must you go around causing havoc? Why must your every word be a
lie? You probably don't know either.

Best wishes always,
Frank
