How many are required? What percentage of the voting members need to
fill one out? Dose a recall petition drive need to be approved by the
delegates or the executive board? Who is paying for the petitions to
be printed,mailed,counted and independatly verified?

The petitions are going to 149 Delegates. The signatures of 2/3 of
them are needed to qualify the recall for a vote. (It is also possible
to do this with signatures of Voting Members, but that would take over
3000.) If the petition gets enough signatures the USCF has to hold a
recall vote, with a 2/3 majority and at least 1500 votes cast needed
to recall. Alarie and her cronies are paying for the petition drive
(couple of hundred bucks), but of course the USCF will have to pay for
the election if it qualifies. A similar attempt by Alarie last year to
recall the unspeakable Sloan failed to get enough signatures, so I
remain skeptical.

Many of hose approached in the Sloan recall noted that an election was
to be held that would basically coincide with a recall vote. Thus,
everyone simply waited for the normal election cycle. Time will tell as
to the effectiveness of the recall. I, for one, appreciate Donna's efforts.

Will BB and the Chessville flacks "interview" Donna Alarie? Will they
note the fact of the recall as news? Will they allow discussion of the
recall drive on their Chessville forum?

Who is "BB"? Has she emailed them or made any public announcement ther
than this one you have done? Will the posts in the moderated
Chessville Forum be of a professional nature and not one of a
blatant , scurrilous personal attack?

BB is Phil Innes. He can tell you what BB means.
I have no idea about Chessville. Why don't you try posting something
like this over there;
"A recall petition seeking the recall of Paul Truong has been sent to
all USCF delegates. The Petition can be found at [Donna Alarie will
provide a link once it is up and viewable]."

I think you could post that over there yourself. It doesn't seen
inflamatory to me as you listed it.

It has been posted, just the link, but they pulled it very quickly. I
find it interesting that BB, David and Kelly go nuts with anon posters
on the Delphi forums when Delphi allows it as long as the posts don't
violate their terms of use. Posting the link to the recall petition is
clearly not a violation of those terms. When someone, like Harry Payne,
posts there under his own name, he is vilified, called dishonest and
banned. Harry of all people. He's one of the most honest cowboys
you'll ever come across. Too honest for the Chessville Krew of Shills.
Chessville should change its name to Trolgarville or Shillville. ;-)

Why not start a new topic under your real name and list it as a non
inflammatory post?
They don't want the site to deteoriate into a swill like RGCP. I can't
blame them for that. They may not have any political postings on their
site. I do not think they have any posts that are negative about
anyone.
