The interview with Kramnik is excellent.
In his interview Kramnik speaks about Prague agreement, about chess
bureaucracy. There are some interesting facts about Kramnik personally. He
likes to drink good vine with friends (but never drinks before the game). He
also likes Chinese food. He liked to go in casino and play Black Jack, to
relax himself, after the game. Kramnik also likes to play tennis, after the
game. He speaks about Botvinnik's school, about Kasparov. His father, Boris
Petrovich is sculptor and his mother Irina Fedorovna teaches music. Kramnik
studied foreign languages, and after that moved on Philosophy University,
but he didn't get a diploma yet. There is an interesting story about
Kramnik's girlfriend Eva Repkova.
I think that the interview would be translated on English.

It's a lot of people here who can read russian..
And also you can't post here in cyrillic..

The website is an eyesore, there`s very little material, and usually what he
says is on there, I can`t even find. However, apparently this interview is
legitimate and interesting, though it is in Russian and I can`t read it.
And this is a big deal, IMO, Kramnik is perhaps the most silent reigning
World Champion in history. Botvinnik didn`t play many tournaments during
his reign but he never vanished from the scene like Kramnik nearly did for a
long while. Kramnik is one of the strongest players of all time, but he
happened to come along at a time when Kasparov (not ONE OF the strongest,
but THE strongest) was still in his peak. It`s too bad that he doesn`t play
more often, but I see he`s going to Dortmund which is going to have Anand
and Leko. That should be nice for a change, though I might be hoping Leko
wins with his new, more aggressive style; he`s really gotten world-class.

No, the link cannot be in Russian because URLs - by the
standard - can contain only English symbols (not Russian,
not German, etc.). W3C works in this area - may be in the
future all Web Servers and corresponding software will accept
Unicode(UTF-8) symbols in URLs, but it's in the future...

So eventhough it is *easy* to post here in Cyrillic, it does not
matter - links are never Cyrillic.
