Sam Sloan Go to Manhattan, Kansas and incorporate the Manhattan Chess Club of Kansas there. Subsequently incorporate a wholly-owned subsidiary the Manhattan Chess Club of New York, which is to be located somewhere on Manhattan Island. David Ames |

I don't think anyone wants to inherit the Manhattan's legal problems.
Let's admit that the Manhattan was a failure and go from there. One problem is that most people agree that mistakes were made but they don't agree on what they were.
