In terms of the Sherzer age debate - if the girl was a med student and
chess master herself - I would not find much wrong with the encounter
other than Sherzer's obvious disregard for the law and the like. It
is clear that Sherzer was in it for the physical encounter and there
was no redeeming value. It should be noted that if this girl had even
half a brain we would not be having this discussion. This whole
dynamic is one of intelligence vs. maturity - at least Sherzer and the
girl share one of these qualities.
