Mr. Payne. Horton hears a who. It's not up to you to judge if you're a
racist or not. It's up to others to judge you. Jeremiah Wright also
doesn't think that he's a racist. So you're in good company Mr. Payne.
Horton hears a who sir.

This is an example of something that was posted here that probably would
be "censored" from the USCF Forum. I'm not at all in the business of
removing posts any more, so my comment is just a personal opinion.

What will they think of next?

This is my answer to the problem; the delegates at the next Delegate
Meeting should approve the releasing of all the information that has
been withheld from public viewing. The information that Susan Polgar and
Paul Truong has been asking the United States Chess Federation Executive
Board to approve of the release of all the confidential information
should be granted. Second, the delegates should give Susan Polgar and
Paul Truong the right to speak and use any information they feel is
warranted of any confidential information of the United States Chess
Federation in their legal defense and their defense of any recall
attempt. Third, the delegates should give Susan Polgar and Paul Truong
the right to ask and demand any information with total and free liberty
of any information within the custody of the United States Chess
Federation. Fourth, anyone from the United States Chess Federation
Executive Board that refuses the will of delegates with releasing the
confidential information is in contempt of the delegates and therefore
is grounds for a recall election.

Gentlemen

Please, let us have an intellectual debate. The childish tactics and the
bruising of egos of the United States Chess Federation Issue Forum
should not be accepted within this message board. Please, this is a
family friendly message board and we are not a closed society like the
United States Chess Issue Forum.

I am certainly glad to hear this is a family forum. I do have a question
though. Even on that USCF Forum. We do not tolerate, a person being
called racist, (without Proof), or less than honest (without proof), and
make charges such as insluting people and attacking people( without
proof). This was done by Mr. Engelbert, on this forum ( Myself being the
target) Those posts would have been pulled, on the USCF Forum, and the
poster sanctioned in violation of the AUGs.
Here is my question, "What is the childish tactics, and the bruising of
egos that you can document from the USCF Forum?"
And why would this family Forum allow such attacks on a poster, by one
who admits ( Mr. Engelbert's Statement) " I don,t know Harry Payne from
Jack" Yet he called me a racist, and less than honest. I just wondered.
If this post even makes it on this "Family Forum", I would like to know.

Mr. Payne, your inflated ego and arrogance is showing again. You've
insulted Susan and Paul for almost a year and you admitted that you've
never met them. They do more for chess in a day than you in a year.

You also seem to have a problem with your reading comprehension. I
didn't say you're a racist. This is what I said Mr. Payne:

"Sounds like a racist or at least he comes across as such."

If you're not then why make a big deal about it? Don't worry about your
reputation. We can clearly judge you by your words and actions. Horton
hears a who Mr. Payne. Horton hears a who. Booo!
---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Of course Englebert called Harry Payne a racist. Englebert ignores
something else he wrote:
"It's not up to you to judge if you're a racist or not. It's up to
others to judge you. Jeremiah Wright also doesn't think that he's a
racist. So you're in good company Mr. Payne."
