2. The decision of Judge Glen repeatedly refers to a "Brazil Will".
However, no such will has ever been produced in this court, not even a
photocopy thereof. All that has been produced is a letter from
somebody in Brazil stating that there was such a will.


That's ridiculous. A sheet of paper cannot be questioned.
Legally the letter is "hearsay evidence" under NYS rules of evidence.

I didn't read much more, what you've posted is hard to believe.

Scan and post Judge Glen's decision. And don't post to more
than two Usenet groups if you want a response by me.

Post a copy of the newspaper legal notice too.

Who is Benko's lawyer?
