Default USCF ratings updated on website

Yes, but the August rating supplement ratings do not yet appear on the regular
USCF website, if I am reading it correctly.

I guess that depends on what you consider the 'regular' site.

The one that Al Losoff has been maintaining for several years, at
www.64.com,
is where the updated ratings from today went.

The new beta site, msa.uschess.org, has not yet been updated from its
in-house parent system, nor have the August supplement files been placed
in the members only area, because they're being produced by a new
process and the first set of files didn't quite pass muster when Steve
Immitt tested them today.
