Usually when the media lists someone has "Master strength", you look up
their rating and they either don`t have one or are (in one article I read in
a local paper who listed someone as a "Master") C players.

However, in this case, they amazingly got it right (that`s a first):

I remember once as a kid reading that Mario Cuomo's 8 year old grandson was a
chess Grandmaster!
