Default N.Y. State Chess Association in 1940

Here are the people who ran the New York State Chess Association in 1940, a
year after the founding of the USCF:

President: C. Harold King, 60 Lebanon St., Hamilton
Vice Persidents: Lynn H. Bryant, 105 Chestnut St., Binghamton
