USCL is one of the worst management decisions ever made by USCF, and Niro
renewing the contract without telling anyone borders on the unconsciable.

I wonder why dismantling our association with Games Parlor and trying to
partner with a real chess server like ICC, a partnership that did and will
make
us money, has not been one of the priorities of Tim and Stan et al. Did
Niro
have the right to sign this contract? If not, break it now and partner
with
someone who knows what they are doing, instead of a server that appears to
cater mostly to disaffected scholastic members.

There's so much on the screen right now it's not even funny. No room for
anything else this month.

Well, I don't know your priorities, but Stan seemed to indicate in another
message that this was just something you guys weren't going to be able to get
to for awhile. And that is OK, I understand how harried you guys are, but when
you get the time, drop Games Parlor like a hot potato, OK?

He said two untrue things. First of all, he claimed it was only a one year
deal, when in fact it is a three year deal with the earliest out being about 18
months after signing. Secondly, the claim of an NDA in the contract which
doesn't exist. Funnily enough, these are the same lies De Feis had tried in the
past.
