Default The Great Annotated Empty Moving Boxes Robbery

Tim Krabbé also took notice of the "The Great Annotated Empty Moving Boxes
Robbery"? He finds the story "heartbreakingly funny, on a par with I was
tortured at the Pasadena Jailhouse".
http://www.xs4all.nl/~timkr/chess2/diary.htm

Krabbé is, in an awkward sarcastic way, disappointed in Fischer:

"Vintage Fischer - except that one word is shockingly missing - Jew.
One thing I never thought Bobby Fischer would be capable of is hypocrisy. He
has always spoken his mind, no matter how offensive people might think that
was. In approximately 21 radio interviews he gave over the last few years,
there were hardly ten consecutive words in which he wasn't persecuted by a
world-wide conspiracy of dirty, hooknosed, circumcised Jews who were
*******s, criminals, parasites, liars, thieves and murderers. Bob Ellsworth,
allegedly involved in the mega-robbery, was "a dirty secret Jew, worthy of
death" - and now, when Fischer needs the Budapest police to help him get
back his treasures, the Jewish conspiracy had evaporated and the criminal
Janos Rigo is a straight-nosed gentile?
I have never been so disappointed in Bobby Fischer."

Calling Fischer a hypocrite because he isn't anti-Semitic? That's a bit
farfetched humour, in my opinion. Peter van der Hoog

Peter,

Yep, very off the wall humour, that's not even a bit funny.

Ellsworth and company are all Jews alright, but, they did something
very wrong to Fischer. He hates these Jews and can anyone blame him?

Tim Krabbe is the one who is making up stories about Fischer, lots of
inaccurate articles at their worst.

I just wonder what he has against Fischer?

Where do you get that Bob Ellsworth is Jewish?

Bob,

In Bobby Fischer's website:

http://home.att.ne.jp/moon/fischer/

Bobby Fischer have dealt with Bob Ellsworth personally, therefore he
knows who he is. When Fischer said:

"The criminal Jew Bob Ellsworth...", it means that Bob Ellsworth is a
Jew. What do you have to refute Fischer?

"Refute" is rather too strong a word for what I have. Rather, there are
several facts that raise questions in my mind about whether or not Ellsworth
is Jewish:

1. Fischer also said in the interviews that the Jews "got to" Ellsworth,
implying a recognition on Fischer's part that Ellsworth is a non-Jew who
"the Jews" used.

2. Fischer and Ellsworth used to sit around together swapping anti-Semitic
observations.

3. Fischer has a tendency to describe anyone he doesn't like as Jewish,
Bill Clinton for one example, Dr. Kevorkian for another.

I just don't consider what Fischer has to say on any subject the last word.

Ilmar Rot would say: "If you can't..." no, better not to quote him
here. Provincials may misunderstand his words!

Perhaps things like this have something to
do with it.

"... I'm hoping, as I say, for a Seven Days in May scenario,
where sane people will take over the U. S. now. You know
what I mean? Sane people, military people, yes. They will
imprison the Jews. They will execute several hundred
thousand of them at least ..."

Is Tim Krabbe a Jew or a US citizen?

Fischer said the above in anger, in response to what Ellsworth and
others did to him. His interviews and website were done after
Ellsworth plundered his belongings.

He is mad at both Bush because the younger one could not protect his
properties from the plunderers and the older one for issuing an
Executive order banning him from playing chess. He's mad at the FBI
for harrasing his family.

The bottom line, he has all the reasons to be mad.

Are Jews and US citizens the only ones who would
disapprove of things like the "execute" quote?

Didn't the "execute" quote come more than two
and a half years after the Ellsworth incident?

Petra
Dautov on the other hand is very positive about Bob Elsworth. She noticed
during her stay in L.A. how Elsworth hold Fischer back in his remarks.
Dautov's book is reliable and I tend to trust her more then a quote from a
newspaper.

Does it mean that Zita Rajczanyi lied?

When she is right it also might be true that Elsworth bought most
of Fischer's property back at the auction and gave it back to Fischer.

Harry Sneider confirmed that he and his son personally sent most of
Fischer property back to Fischer in 1999.

Now this one is not true because Fischer is still very angry at

Ellsworth.
I give it a good chance Ellsworth did sent a (large) part of Fischer's
property back. It simple looks like Fischer does not know exactly what he
kept in his safes. I draw that conclusion from the correspondence between
Bobby Fischer and Morgan and Brother. Fischer wants his property back from
lot number J057814-23 but never gives an indication what he kept in this
lot. Anybody knows in case you miss something, you need to tell what exactly
you are missing, otherwise you're not taken seriously. A more slick person
would have mentioned the personal and sensitive nature of the possesions.
Not Fischer......

I give it a better chance that most of his precious collectibles were
not returned. Maybe some knick knacks that nobody cares about were
returned, but not the ones that matter most to Fischer.

Lance
