As a general legal principle, the courts will not take away a person's

presents an immediate threat to himself or others. It's a pretty tough
hurdle. But, there are criminal statutes regarding the making of
internet threats of violence against others.

that if you show up on St. Kitts he'll have you "carstrated" or shot
-- not that he would be able to do that as he is is all talk and
little action, just as he claims to be The "Ambassador" of St. Kitts
and Nevis, etc. etc., etc. Does anyone know if he is REALLY a dual
citizen of the U.S. and G.B.?!? Or is that all made up?!? Maybe we can
hand him over the Her Majesty court system and have them lock him up
for trying to Impersonate an Ambassador and he says so in his
countless court postings wherein he claims "diplomatic immunity" as
well as being a "Regaent" of the Queen. Even if he can't be thrown
into a padded cell can't they arrest him for false impersonation?!?
