We are pleased to inform you that your SENTRI membership application
has been processed and you are now invited to visit a SENTRI
enrollment center for an interview to complete the process.

If you submitted your application on-line via the internet, login to
the Global On-Line Enrollment System within 30 days of the date of
this letter to schedule an interview to finalize your enrollment. You
may also call an enrollment center to schedule an interview. If you
have already visited the enrollment center for this application,
please disregard this letter.

All required fees must be paid at time of interview. Please refer to
the SENTRI program requirements on www.cbp.gov to review the fee
requirements.

You must bring with you the following original documents to the
enrollment center:

This letter
Originals of Passport, Birth Document
Valid drivers license issued in the state where you live when
enrolling with a vehicle.
Vehicle registration and evidence of US automobile insurance by a
company authorized to write automobile insurance in the US.
If the vehicle is not registered in the name of the applicant, a
notarized letter authorizing its use by the applicant is required. A
company vehicle requires written authorization on company letterhead.
Evidence of employment or financial support. Examples are your most
recent year's tax return, pay receipt, or direct deposit salary
statement. Self-employed applicant must present business license,
current tax information and bank statement.
Evidence of residence - Examples are mortgage statement, rent payment
receipts, utility bill, etc.
If you are registering a vehicle, a CBP officer will inspect the
vehicle before final program acceptance.

When you visit the Enrollment Center, we will review the information
you provided on your application and any additional information you
provide at that time. We will verify your identity and documentation
and take your fingerprints.

Finally, we will complete the following:

Take a photograph of you for identification cards
Take biometrics fingerprints
Provide you with terms and conditions of the SENTRI program
Answer any questions you may have
Issue you a SENTRI membership card
