Default Polgar Defends Herself! Bravo!!!

This should send a message to every person online who thinks they can go around
trashing others without consequence.

One of the people mentioned in the Polgar mess got into something similar with
me not long ago and seemed to think it was just a joke.

Anyone who wants to talk smack about someone else better have good authority to
back it up.

Way to go Susan!

You mean everyone should become anonymice to protect themselves from legal
action?

Remailers lack credibility.

You may have something here. Maybe that's why...how's it go? "Those that
live by the sword..."?

Evidently, the statements that Ms. Polgar considers clearly libelous
are in emails that have not been aired in this group.

She was on the distribution list.

Clearly she has access to the material that is the substance of her
complaint, but she prefers to reserve this material for a possible
court date rather than exhibit it here. But if you would like to post
some of it, I for one would be interested in looking.

If I were you, however, I would simply apologize, an action that she
indicated would end the matter. Whether or not you are in the wrong
legally, you have certainly done some vigorous mudslinging, and an
apology would not be out of order on that score alone.
