Default Open Status of USCF Federal Civil Litigation Against Gregory Alexander

When the USCF and other Polgar defendants, myself included, settled Federal court litigation several years ago in West Texas, because a related criminal case was still open against Polgar's webmaster, Gregory Alexander, Alexander's case was continued until the resolution of his criminal case. That was resolved by a guilty pleas by Alexander to Federal charges. But, what is the current status of the civil Federal district court litigation that, last I checked, is still active but on continuance, against Gregory Alexander? I've raised this question on the USCF member only Issues forum but the moderators there, at the behest of the EB, will not allow discussion of the failure of the EB to proceed with the case and possibly recover money for the USCF.

With the guilty plea entered into by Alexander in Federal District Court in Seattle, it should be rather simple to make a motion for summary judgment in the Texas litigation as to Alexander. Alexander might then cross-claim against Polgar and bring Truong in as a third-party defendant thus opening Polgar/Truong to a possible cross/third-party judgment and possible recovery of some money for the USCF from them through Alexander. Any third year law school student could make this analysis on the basis of the public record from documents filed with the Federal court and available to the public via the Federal PACER system.

So, what has the EB been doing in relation to this open litigation for the past several years? Apparently nothing. They owe the USCF membership an update and explanation.

Default Pedophile Homo and Swindler Brian Lafferty

USCF rated 1150 patzer Brian O'Laugherty also known by Brain Laughingstock
and also Brian Lafferty wrote this ****..

Typical language of ****wit O'Laugherty, Parking Tickets "Judge" . . .
resolved "by a guilty pleas". BL is the most ignorant of all.

Lapsed and cannot be reinstated, you ****ing pedo. Do you even know what a
Parker Continuance is? Keep lying about Greg, you will get your ass taken
to court and this time we won't be lenient on you.

I've raised this question on the USCF member only Issues forum but the

The person we should all pursue in the courts is YOU Brian P Lafferty.
More importantly, who the state should pursue. How you managed to escape
jailtime for your lewd and lascivious acts on a minor I don't know. You
put a young boy on your "racing cycle" sitting in front of you and as he
steered, you pumped . . .

With the guilty plea entered into by Alexander in Federal District Court

See, it is all hateful spite against the poor victims, Susan Polgar and
her husband Paul Truong who tried only to shield her from an evil
malevolent force. This is what is the motive of Lafferty. Randy B
described him as the worst asshole ever seen in US chess.

All these issues are because Lafferty's partner in crime, Sam Sloan, had
attempted to rape an underage girl in Hungary, She bravely resisted him.
Since that time, Slime Sam has written and continued to write attacks on
this brave lady who is one of the greatest chess talents of the twentieth
century.

Sam now has a conviction for pedophile assault, formerly he served jail
time for trying to abduct a nine year old girl from state authorities,
caught with plane tickets for both of them in his possession, tickets to a
country where it is accepted for a 50 years man to sleep with a 10 year
old. For this he served five years in Virginia. Not enough, the ****er
should have been fried.

It can be obvious to see why Lafferty and Sloan are such natural allies.
Without Lafferty's assistance in distracting the cops, Sam Sloan's nightly
rapes of his underage kid could not still be happening. Even it can be
that Lafferty is not only a homo pedo but is given a share.

Do Brian Lafferty's family know his role in that? His optician ex-wife got
to hear about Sloan and was disgusted. But now the next generations must
be told. Asshole Lafferty tried to cause trouble by going to the ex-spouse
of his victim, two can play with that game.

Any third year law school student could make this analysis

****wit Lafferty, do you understand "lapsed"? It is gone. Forever. This
explains who you failed as a lawyer and never even made it as a judge.

So, what has the EB been doing in relation to this open litigation for
the past several years? Apparently nothing. They owe the USCF membership

**** off, pedo Lafferty, you are owed nothing except for some thing small
which travels fast. You are the biggest dirty swine. You will pay for it.
