In defense of Bobby Fischer's alleged immigration status violation
coupled with his trouble's with the IRS should be carefully examined. But
will he be successfully be emancipated from the war mongering United
States of America? First, what gives the right of the U.S.A in keeping
the status of citizen especially expanding its immigration hand and
exerting its claw (involuntary servitude to the US) over a renegade-
refugee world citizen. Especially in regards to the emancipation of
Fischer. I have only glance over the (chess politics) groups articles
however sadly most are stuck in the past regarding Fischer's life.
Here's my take.

[Fischer may consider his attorney being appointed conservator and
establishing a trust in the name of Bobby Fischer in Japan, permitting
the expugnable circumstances.-Immigration policy. The tricky part and
Fischers gonna have to swallow his pride is claim_a mental disability.]

A simple solution regarding his refugee status in light of his legal
problems (IRS, and Violation of Executive Order) one would think that the
American Civil Liberties Union [ACLU] should take a look at the
situation. Most certainly, his renunciation however unpopular the move
may be has to be on the minds of many whom may be considering a similar
plight. For example, Let's say for general sakes that a group of American
citizens feel that the US is looming towards a dictatorship_or militant
(UN controlled)...Shouldn't those citizens be given the right to seek
refuge elsewhere? Afterally America opens its borders to countless
immigrants in the same precarious garret. Certainly Spain had it's eyes
opened this year in light of their recent terrorist attack, certainly
would they be willing to accept honest and productive citizens?
So an American citizen renounces his or citizenship this truly is a
litmus test for the validity of the United Nations. The U.N. is suppose
to be the peace-keepers of the world and also keeping a watch on corrupt
governments. So Bobby Fischers has renounced his status as an
American...he does have one right and that is the right to contest
his "renouncement" through the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU).

In other words, I think a Supreme Court In Bobby Fischer
Amicus Curiae brief should be considered regarding the status of
citizenship and expunge all obligations in light of his renunciation of
his of citizenship and define the terms of foreign emancipation. In
particular a citizens right to succeed from an oppressed country.
Exoneration should be in order. Although Fischer's case has many
ramifications and his immigration fiasco evinces Constitutional
precedence. I think it may set precedence in regards to his Violation of
the Executive Order as opposed to a company or corporation.

...and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Fischer's right for asylum as a political pardon the pun, pawn.

[Excessive bail, fines and punishments prohibited.]
...nor cruel and unusual punishment.

The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be

I believe given the state of the world this issue of "where a citizen can
go" need to be more defined in terms of immigration policy. Also
immigration court coupled with civil and criminal liabilities in essence
a personal declaration of independence from the mother country.
Ironically, America's Declaration of Independence states as on the
reasons for the people's succession as "For transporting us beyond Seas
to be tried for pretended offenses." Truly Fischer's plight opens up a
can of worms.

aficionados is worthy of comparison as the greatest chess player ever to
walk the face of the earth although silently and eccentrically. There's
an old parable 'silence is golden', I believe Fischer's is the epitome
of these words. Take note Mozart was a closet eccentric via his
coprolalia which most astute scholars will agree. Fischer on the other
hand is more vocal and very unpredictable but he's no threat to the
United States of America.
First, take Fischer Random Chess (FRC) an embellishment of an older
variation. Classicall chess is played with the symmetry of King op/sur e1
(204 pos.) move 518. If the reader of this article takes a look at the
960 random setups in FRC one cannot comprehend the infiniteness of FRC;

theory is virtually nil in FRC. Another analogy would be the world
strongest man lifting the same weight repeatedly, whereas FRC offers the
player the ability to expand his or her horizons, par se. Play Blitz
FRC's and you will see what I mean. Let us not forget the value of
Fischer's ideas and the ramifications should Fischer want to further the

Those of you that have looked at the FRC configurations will find that
move 518 becomes rather trite and meager in comparison to the 959
configurations. Some GM are more bold to say that the symmetry of chess
is ruined. On the contrary move 518 is not used in FRC. In other words,
once the chess player looks at the FRC configurations one will look at
move 518 in a different light. Fischer would encourage all chess players'
novices too and have a play at Fischer Random Chess.
So back to Fischer's plight.
