How Stupid Is Mottershead? by B. Lafferty[_2_]
Not very. Will Polgar and Truong want their web logs examined in a legal action? Unlikely. Will they voluntarily share them? Unlikely. From the USCF Issues Forum this morning. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- by Brian Mottershead on Thu Oct 11, 2007 5:46 am #73171 gregory wrote:

Wikipedia needs your help! We need fair and balanced contibutions to the Sam Sloan entry documenting the latest lawsuit and the claims by LSloan and Polgar. Please study the Wikipedia Wikipedia:Neutral point of view page at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Npov and the Wikipedia Biographies of living persons page at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Biographies_of_living_persons first, and...

Polgar's Expert? by B. Lafferty[_2_]
I have been told that Ms. Polgar wrote last evening on her blog that her expert had reviewed the evidence and found that it cleared her (and her husband?). It is my understanding that more than one expert has reviewed and/or is reviewing the Mottershead Report privately. None have reached the conclusion of Ms. Polgars's "expert."

Help bot memory is not weak. by Sanny
In a few messages Taylor Kingston said Help Bot has very fragile memory because he do not remember what was said few months back by Taylor Kingston to me. A person only remembers talks made by him with others. And usually forgets what others are talking to each other. The talks between me and Taylor Kingston may have been missed by Help Bot.

Chessworld.net: "Chessville Open" has WGM Playing! by Rob
Membership has it's priviledges. The Chessville Open tournament has WGM Yelena Dembo praticipating. There are only four spots open in the tournament. You must be a chessworld.net member to play($24 or $28/ year I think) We also have two teams the RGCP Hitmen and the RGCM Chess Politics team. Our intent is to have some very interesting matches played as well as challenge the USCF board to a team...

Less Than Honest by ChessterMolesster@gmail.com
From the Daily Dirt Posted by: MrStillwater at October 9, 2007 14:35 Hi all, I've never posted here before and normally stay out of these sort of things. I would just say that I worked with Paul (and Susan to a much lesser extent) for quite some time as an admin on Chess Live several years ago, as well as having met them both in person on a couple of occasions. I've found them to be very nice,...

Fake Polgar Charges Goichberg with Extortion by ChessterMolesster@gmail.com
Pasted from Daily Dirt For many frantic weeks, my husband and I have been shopping for a certified information technology guru. So far, we have found only ONE guru willing to testify that the Mottershead report is inconclusive. Unfortunately, the President refuses to rely on this expert witness, unless we commit all our assets to

Whither USCF EB by Bruce Leverett
I would think that the lawsuit is a side show. As we all know from following Sam Sloan's nuisance lawsuits at the time of the move to Crossville, the judicial system moves at a glacial pace. Many months from now, some judge will dismiss it, long after it has been forgotten on this or any other forum. Or maybe it won't be dismissed. But it's hard to imagine a lawsuit based on USENET...

USCF Exposed to Whistleblower Lawsuit by invalid@example.com
This has nothing to do with computer chess. Please do not crosspost your replies to rec.games.chess.computer. As for crossposting to alt.politics.bush, Sam Sloan should be hung by his heels and fed a powerful laxative. With his head in a bucket.
