Slightly interesting statistic.

Of 64 players in the current US Championship, only 19 were actually
born in the USA.

Most of those at the bottom are included in the 19.

And if the foreign-born had actually been born here, they might not
have turned to chess.

Regarding the few US natives among the top, what do you expect?
Foreign labor dominates most low paying jobs in the US and professional
chess must pay less than shoveling lion poop at the zoo.

By the way, a few of the younger females looked pretty good but
overall these chess players were not handsome at all. Many have grown
fat in their late 40's and early 50's.

By the way, I haven't seen anything about the US chess championship
in our local paper, a NYT paper. That means the chess event is a
non-event and almost no one gives a hoot about it. Just shows ya how
dead chess is in this country.

Sam, when you're ready to take this asshole to court, let me know. I've
got all his IP information...you can easily nail him for libel.
