Default The New Godwin's Rule

Godwin's Rule, which is widely accepted, is that any time any person
uses the term "Nazi" or "Hitler" in a discussion, the discussion is
automatically ended.

Over on the USCF Forums, there is a new rule. There is a person known
as "the one who's name we dare not speak".

As soon as someone mentions that particular name in anything other
than a highly complimentary context, not only does the debate end but
the entire thread is deleted so that nobody can read even the
perfectly valid commentaries that preceeded it.

I believe that the name "Jefferson Poland" is verboten as well.
