Default Alexander Criminal Hearing Update

I've been told that Alexander appeared before Judge Patel this morning.
Another status hearing has been set down for 10/26/09 which Alexander is
excused from attending.

Alexander also is excused from physically attending the next mediation
session on 9/21/09 but has been asked by Judge Patel to be available for
a phone call from Mediator Bolling in the event that matters are moving
toward a settlement.

The US Attorney asked that the transcript of the Grand Jury proceeding
in the case be kept sealed, at least until a firm trial date is set.

Alexander's counsel has begun receiving material from the US Attorney
and is analyzing same, hence the request for time to examine the
computer evidence.

From what I understand, the civil case against Alexander is not yet stayed.
