Default The Killion-Estrella-Polgar-Truong Stall

Having asked for two months that a date for Truong's deposition be set,
Polgar's counsel now advises that they have no free time to do his
deposition for TWO MONTHS. This from the attorneys who commenced a $10
million legal action.

This is nothing more than a stall hoping to run out the court imposed
discovery deadline of 12/31. It's put up or shut up time in Texas and
California. Much is happening. Stay tuned.
