Con artist extraordinaire.

Now why did that name, Arden Van Upp, begin ringing bells? Lots of bells.
Oh yeah. The SF "Cat lady". Fruitcake, nutcase, what ever.
You say the house is worth over $7 million? Bull****. The asking price for
it is overpriced. IMHO. Specially when it still requires a $2 million
earthquake upgrade.

Nice of you to pick on a slightly famous house like that. Party house for
the rock and rollers of the 70's. The lady never answers the phone in fear
of a debt collector or some angry tenant calling, nor she does answer the
door. But you come and go as you please?

Perfect for a leech like Sam Sloan. Even the part about the mother
reflects actions from Sam's sorid life. Creepy.

Actually, Sam has written a cronicle of his life and where he has lived.
http://web.archive.org/web/200711101....com/lived.htm

He does actually mention Van Upp but barely. This is from the archives of
his now defunct website. This is in his own words, and would certainly be
of interest to those who are trying to evict him.
