Default Novice question regarding Sicilian

I've been hitting a stumbling block trying to play the Dragon as
black:

1. e4 c5
2. Nf3 d6
3. Bc4

which becomes troublesome after Ng5.

Any suggestions? Is e6 the best way to counter this? Is there a name
for this opening?
