1d4 Cf6
2 c4 g6
3 Cc3 Ab6
4 e4 d6
....
5 Cf3 0-0
....
5 Ag5 0-0
....
5 Ae2 0-0

Is it correct?

And when can you play e5 before or after to develop the Queen Knight?

And the where you develop the Queen Knight to d7 or c6?

Against Samish variation where White play's f3? What should black do? King
or Queen side attack?

Regards

0-0 can be a good move in different setups

That depends. In some lines I play with ...Nc6, ...a6, ...Rb8 in others
with ...Nc6, ...e5 and in others with ...Nbd7, ...c5.

And the where you develop the Queen Knight to d7 or c6?

Black moves are not independent of white moves. Knight from b8 can be
moved to a6, c6 or d7 and those three possibilities can lead to a
different kind of position.

Against Samish variation where White play's f3? What should black do? King
or Queen side attack?

That depend too, ...
Black has three great plans against Samisch:
a) to play ...e5
b) to play ...c5 (no matter c5 would be undefended)
c) to delay ...e5 until a better moment playing ...Nc6, ...a6, ...Rb8,
....b5 against white plan Be3, Qd2, 0-0-0, h4-h5

And more, each possibility has a lot of interesting and different lines.

No I don't. I like to play the Grunfeld; is there any more logical defence
for black (to d4)?

I also like to play 1...c6, so that I might get a Caro-Kann. 1...c6 is such
a handy move!

I assume you play 1...c6 against e4. So your saying that you like to
play the slav-grunfeld?

Well, you know... It's like a mood thing. Against 1d4 or 1c4 I play either
1..Nf6 or 1...c6.
