Default has anyone seen these openings before?

im sure these openings are positionally weak, so if someone can point
out a huge flaw in them, other than being weird, id appreciate it.
1.c4 e5 2.f4 exf4 3.d4 or
1.c4 d5 2.f4 dxc4 3.e4

both of which carry the idea of the bishops taking the c and f pawns,
establishing a two to 1 or possibly 2 to none pawn center. any
thoughts? has this been analyzed before in major works? thanks.
