Default Did Radjabov Miss a Win in Game 3?

Didn't Radjabov miss a win in Game 3?

Instead of 26.Qf4 he could have played 26.Rf7
eg
27.....Rxf7
28. Nxf7 Bxa3
28. Kb1 Bxb2
29. Qe7+ Kb8
30. Nxh8 (+3.03 Fritz8, +3.39 Shredder7)
OR
27.....Qg5+
28. Kb1 Kxd6
29. Rxe7 Bxe7
30. Qd4+ Kc7
31. Qxh8 (+2.34 Fritz8, +3.41 Shredder7)
He ends up the exchange (and maybe a pawn) ahead, which must be better
than what was played, considering it was his last White and he needed a
win.

I seems so, ...
and game can be continued in final position.

Radjabov was in time trouble (4 minutes, Adams 9 minutes)
but it was his best opportunity to level the match.
