Default Scandinavian Qd6

It's the Scandinavian defense, but instead of black taking the d5 pawn
with the queen, black just moves the queen to d6.

The idea behind it is that its better not to take the pawn because the
queen will be forced to move again when white's

knight moves to c3. The d5 pawn can be captured later. Do you think
this is a good idea?
