Thanks Mark and Neil. I've never concerned myself much with the Dutch
in any form since I've always been a 1. e4 player. I always assumed c6
was "one of the bricks in the wall" and that the break c5 in that
position was typically bad. Still, a typical Sloan counterpuncher.
