it means that fritz5.32 is a good blitz program.

shredder9 is a strong chess program (if not the strongest)
on longer time controls. try the same on 40/40.

and don't forget telling us :-))

like no book. But how about hashsize, ponder on/off (permanent brain).
It should of course be off on a single cpu.
So how was the general setup?
And btw, and very important, you need a lot of games to judge
anything!!! :-)

I tend to agree, but I decided too much chirpin was
a bad thing since I didn't use any other programs
with my little 1.4 gigahertz, ponderoff, 128MB each
book was off, of course. I'm not gonna do this again
and just to point out, don't take my little test as
definitive quality of play. So this is the way I did
it. I'm sure kasparov has done this...give us some
input, master...please.
