I suggest going with a Palm

Get Hiarcs, Tiger and Genius. Hiarcs (ARM) will be about 2500 ,
Tiger (68K) about 2300 and Chess Genius (ARM) would be about 2400 amd
Chess Genius (68K) would be about 2200. Genius wil come with both Arm
and 68K programs, HIARCS is 100% ARM, Tiger is 100% 68K. The ARM
programs have huger davante on this unit, but this unit can run both
ARM and 68K programs. Used Standalone PDAs (check eBay( are holding
their price very well ( just about nobody is making them anymore) so
the Newegg deal is about as good at it will get.

68K is shorthand for Motorola 68000 - the processor designation, not the
size of anything.

correct - - some of the ARM palms can emulate the 68K processor of the
older palms and run 68K coded programs like Tiger and run an ARM coded
program like HIARCS
