Default Defendants in Polgar vs. USCF Move for an Extension of Time to Answer

All but one of the defendants in Polgar vs. USCF pending in the United
States District Court in Lubbock, Texas have asked for a second
extension of time until September 26, 2008 to answer the complaint.

The reasons given for the request are that Hurricane Ike closed them
down for several days and also they expect to be representing all of
the unrepresented (thus far) defendants (except for me, of course).
They are contacting the so-far unrepresented dendants to secure their
agreements to their representation.
