Default Mediation Ordered in Polgar vs. USCF by San Francisco Judge

The federal judge in San Francisco has ordered mediation and both
parties have agreed to it.

Whether mediation will accomplish anything remains to be seen. The
USCF will insist that Polgar and Truong resign from the board and
agree not to run again. Polgar and Truong will insist on remaining on
the board.

There does not seem to be any possible middle ground.

One idea might be to ask that Polgar and Truong agree to withdraw
their three candidates from the current election. Their candidates are
Lugo, Hecht and Korenman. I doubt that Lugo, Hecht and Korenman are
really interested in serving on the board, so they would probably
agree to that. At least that condition would stop a potential Polgar
Takeover of the USCF.

I doubt that this will go anywhere, but it might. As long as Polgar
and Truong keep trying to takeover the USCF through elections, as they
are now doing, there is no way that the board could agree to settle.
