Default USCF vs. Polgar: Mediation Conference Held on March 13

In the case USCF vs. Polgar in the Northern District of California, a
mediation conference was held on Friday, March 13, 2009. This was
known as an ADR Phone Conference. Basically, the parties meet on the
telephone with a neutral third party who tries to negotiate a
settlement.

I doubt that any progress was made but I assume that the USCF's
attorney will be reporting to the board what happened.

I would be interesting in finding out what Susan's lawyer proposed as
the bottom line. Has Susan's position softened any from the hard line
she has been taking up until now?
