Default Two Chess Quotes

Mastering Chess... would place this land with much greater capacity to think, more
efficiency; it is like a basic subject.
(July 12, 2002)

Chess places you at each instant before the necessity of solving the problem.

....these are from a two-volume comprehensive textbook of chess by ISLA, the Higher
Latin American Institute of Chess. (Ajedrez Integral, Chess Complete)

The individual quoted once beat Bobby Fischer and drew Tigran Petrosian - in both
cases, in simultaneous exhibitions, however; he may have been a reasonably good
chess player, but he is not a professional one.

He had a long beard, and was most commonly pictured smoking a cigar. And apparently Che Guevara *also* was an avid chess player.
