Default "Advanced" email chess

I would suggest that one of you good web designers or organizers offer
tournaments, matches, or leagues for players who want to use every means
available to play extremely strong games - similar to the over-the-board
"Advanced Chess" events held in Leon Spain, where the world's best use
databases and playing engines to assist them in making moves.

Further, I think that this news list's FAQ question #8 should be updated to
help guide interested players (who openly wish to use computers and
software) to websites, tournaments, or organizations that welcome such
