2007 FIDE GENERAL ASSEMBLY RESOLUTION

I'll put this for discussion in 2007 General Assembly meeting in
Turkey.

FIDE VETO POWER

Upon passage of any resolution by the FIDE General Assembly (except
the results of an election) any delegate may demand to nullify or veto
the measure approved when 2/3 of the dues paying FIDE members by total
