Default The finest quality to be sought in JUDGE..

If I may interrupt the hardball players? The finest quality to be sought in
JUDGE is, IMO, to be able to soundly judge the CHARACTER of another.
By what most observers recorded as a certain member's poor judgement
exhibited in a prolonged sycophancy (psycho-fancy?) towards one S.Loon,
until that alleged cur bared his yellowed fangs and bit him as thanks for
all his efforts, one can but wonder what quality of Judge did the one to
whom this cap fits make. X-D
