Default Two Legal Questions

Not knowing much about the law, I am curious on two counts?

1) Is it legal for a felon currently serving time to be a member of
the USCF executive board?

2) If a person giving a deposition or sworn testimony is convicted of
multiple counts of perjury, can they be sentenced to run
consecutively? Has this been done before?
