Default Pro-Polgar Candidates, and the Illinois and Federal Court

If it is found that any of the candidates were recruited by Polgar and
Truong for the purpose of assisting their agenda regarding the take over
and control of the USCF, their candidacies may well be seen as an
attempt to aid Polgar and Truong in the breach of their fiduciary duties
to the USCF. That issue is before a court in Illinois for
determination. As part of that determination, I would argue that this
would lay the foundation for requesting that the court delay the
election or remove certain candidates from the ballot along with Polgar
and Truong from the board.

Additionally, depending on what the nature of any involvement is by
pro-Polgar/Truong candidates, they may be the newest members of the John
Doe clan. They will no doubt preserve all communications by and between
them and Truong/Polgar or those acting on Truong/Polgar's behalf.

Some poor fish rise to bait. Others don't.
