Default As of Jan 30, Parker still alive, and still a loser

Microsoft & Yahoo cases stipulated & dismissed with prejudice. It
appears that costs likely were waived in exchange for Parker's
stipulation to dismissal with prejudice.

Parker is dead. He may be breathing, eating and ****ting, but he
isn't living in any real sense. It's been that way for a long time,
but now the corpse stinks. It's a pity that he is too pathetic to
really laugh at and too weird/funny to feel sorry for.
