Default Note for those playing in USCF North American Open Bally's Las Vegas

The USCF has their North American Open scheduled the same time as the
WCF/ACA Dec 15-28 World Chess Championship Candidates Tournament.
Rather than pay the $96 room rates for a single at Bally's one can
instead pay only $39 for rooms at nearby Riviera the host hotel and
you do not need to be playing in that event to get these rates as are
available also for spectators and journalists. Just ask for group rate
'World Chess' to get rooms rates only about 1/3 of the price of rooms
at Bally's!!!

.... only at slightly above 40% of rooms at Bally's.

Otherwise I support the above - go guys ahead, pay less.
