Default The USCF and Sam Sloan Life?

With the USCF Forums that has attacked Sam Sloan and even this group,
has it not placed the life of Sam Sloan at a higher risk factor of
being murdered at a tournament? With the negative comments about Sam
Sloan with children you would believe that a parent would be violently
upset with all the negative comments. If someone does harm Sam Sloan
at a tournament and it was because of the comments from the USCF
Forums or from RGCP, would not Sam Sloan have a good case with a
lawsuit against the USCF?

In fact, right at this time I feel that Sam Sloan if he wants has a
strong legal case against the USCF right at this time.

Yes, it went from .008% to .010%. Good pick up.

Disagree! If a whole organization was talking about someone as having
sex with children, it does place a higher risk that the person could
be harmed or even murdered. How many times someone from the far right
have talked about abortion doctors in the negative only to find out
someone was willing to murder the abortion doctor in the name of
religion. It is not out of the question for someone against abortion
doctors to also hate Sam Sloan being classified as having sex with
minor children.

I think I have seen some of the movies you wrote on the Sci Fi Channel.

Forsythe, I again encourage you to read the archives of RGCP and of
Sloan's OWN WEBSITE in which he claims to have had "dalliance[s]" with
young girls. The damage to Sloan's reputation as well as how people
see him and his chances of getting hurt/murdered at a tournament....
(snicker).....were brought on by him and him alone. The fallout of
pointed barbs here and on the USCF forums are just collateral blowback
from his own actions and words.

In short, before you jump on the Sam Sloan-Gordon Roy Parker-Marcus
Roberts bandwagon of frivolous and vexatious litigation, get a clue.
There all archived and you don't need to be Sherlock Holmes or Perry
****ing Mason to find them. Even you could figure it out.

Maybe.

You should agree with me if say Sam Sloan went to the Massachusetts
Chess Association sanction tournament, more to the point one of the
many sanction scholastic tournaments, when an angry parent after
reading about Sam Sloan and to notice Sam Sloan at the event used
violence against Sam Sloan in the presence of children. Sam Sloan may
not have at this time the right to sue the USCF. Even if Sam Sloan is
murdered at a tournament, his family members may not have the right to
sue the USCF or the organizer of the tournament. Who will have the
best right to sue the USCF and the organizer would be the parents of
the scholastic players that were the witnesses of the murder of Sam
Sloan.

In a playful theory, Sam Sloan goes to a sanction tournament of the
Massachusetts Chess Association were a parent murders Sam Sloan in the
presence of children. Are you going to tell me the parents do not have
the right to sue the Massachusetts Chess Association? Sure, the
Massachusetts Chess Association can fight back in the courts, it is
just that you will not get the support of the schools and the
scholastic players again.

Sorry Charley, Starkist only wants the Best Tuna.... If you ever look
up Sam's Website and read it -- it can takes HOURS no joke -- if only
half of his braggadocio is TRUE, them I am surprised that Sam is still
in the land of the living, that someone has not taken out a contract
on his life, that he is not currently in jail somewhere in the United
States, or in jail in some foreign country. While Sam does seem to
have a function in the wheel of life it seems to be as a bottom
feeder. Examples: Sam claims he is an EXPERT in the History of Chess
-- he is not even close; he claims he is an EXPERT in Sex -- I
seriously doubt he is; he claims to be an EXPERT in Copyright Law, so
much so that the Copyright Office contacts him on matters of Copyright
Law, and so on and so forth -- Sam is an EXPERT in EVERYTHING!!! But
what does Sam REALLY do?!? He "reprints" old books because writing an
original book in an area in which he claims to be an EXPERT, would
require true scholarship, and that means WORK. Sam is a LAZY
individual who wants to get rich on someone else's hard work.

No if someone decides to bump off Ol' Sam, the defendant only needs to
produce a copy of all the filth that Sam publishes on his website, to
gain an acquittal.
